Quest for Knowledge


What an awesome weekend!  The Bulletproof Conference will be the first conference EVER that I will be leaving with greater health, more energized, and better fed!  There is Bulletproof Coffee available, smoothies to sample, Bulletproof lunch, and with a Whole Foods nearby for good measure.  Throughout the exhibit hall there are technologies available to boost your performance, reduce fatigue, and improve wherever you are on the Bulletproof spectrum.  There is an entire 'Flow Dojo" from the Flow Genome Project which is a total playground to build your body/mind connection to the flow state.  Shine Natural Medicine was there giving nutritional IVs with vitamin boosts.  NeurOptimal had five stations set up where they place four electrodes on your brain to record and mirror your brainwaves.  The software is complex but pings different frequencies of your brain to stimulate their use.  I was hooked up for 35 minutes and the experience was incredible.  Beddit was there with a sleep sensor which is a strip that lays on your bed beneath the sheets and sends data to your smartphone about the quality of your sleep and wakes you up at the most optimal time. 

The conference speakers are global experts in their respective fields.  People like Dr. Sara Gottfried, Dominic D'Agostino, Bill Harris, Ben Greenfield, and so many more.  I have much to think about and put into practice after this session.  Practical points were given about how to stay in Ketosis, how to have the mindset of a Champion, how to Re-Wild yourself, the 17 triggers to achieve flow state, and other great bio-hacks.

My general take away is that everyday we should be identifing one thing that we can improve upon within different aspects of ourself including: mental, physcial, emotional, and spriritual.  Our circumstances and abilities in life our not static but are totally within our control to change.  This is the Bulletproof Way!  Ask yourself-Is your brain functioning perfectly?  Is your body in great health and condition?  Are you emotionally flexbile and stable?  Does your spiritual practice give your creativity and inspiriation?  If not, get out of your own way and ACT, so that you can achieve all your dreams.
